yes, it has been over a month....i apologize, only there really wasn't much to write about. inspiration just didn't come and what is writing without inspiration. it is now 2:39am, tuesday, october the twenty fourth. it's been a fairly good day. i had only history today and it went well. i am considering changing my major to history (yes, i know, i have been told i will change my major many time throughout collge, but i plan not to. i want to focus my entire education on what i plan to majr in. what's the purpose in going to college otherwise?!) then i picked susannah up from school and went home and slept for fifteen minutes infront of the nice cozy fire (it's gotten pretty cool here and it's been raining for two days). then i forced myself to get up and go to work. work was fine. they hired this new girl named christin, whose pretty cool, but likes to talk a bit too much for my taste. we were quite slow because of the weather so i got off at about nine, had some dinner and came home. when i got home i chatted with whatever portion of the family was still u, sat in front of the fire for a bit then got to work on homework. i wrote a paper on tolstoy, read two speaches by hitler and three by churchill. i analyzed the last sixteen chapters of the book king solomon's mines. and i started writing my speech for next week. then i took bingley out for some air and came back inside and warmed up a bit, gt in bed and watched the blair witch project, which turned out to be very disapointing. i got online for the first time in a week (a bunch of people from the youth group did a week internet fast thing). i took care of some emails, got on face book and took care of some messages, and got on here to try to get you all a bit up to date.
honestly, not muc has happened lately , therefore I'm not sure what to writeabout. school is going pretty well, though i have decided to sign up for classes extra early this semster to esure i do not have a seven oclock class. the whole reading the entire bokshelf in the library idea kinda fell through after about two weeks. now i just go in there to take naps. maybe i'll pick it up again sometime!
well, one thing i do have to write about is a few things i am looking forward to. we are well into fall now and my two favorite holidays are coming up - christmas and thanksgiving. for the first time in my memroy i am going to get to experience these two holidays here in america. yeah, i know i did last year, but it didn't feel like it. we weren't even at home for shristams and were weren't living in out own house so it barely felt like christmas. and thanksgiving...well it just doesn't count because we were still kinda transitioning at the time and it didn't feel right! this time it will though. i can already feel it. i'm excited. these were the two times of the year i felt the most different in slovakia. and i'm just looking forward to kinda experiencing them fully...not really sure how to phrase it all.
hopefully i'll be able to post again in the next week and actually have something to post about! those of you who are oh so far away, i miss you and long for the day i'll get to see you again! hopefully that day isn't too far away. the rest of you, see ya soon! i love you all...

Thrilled to hear from you. I was getting a little worried due to the long pause in between posts. Glad to hear your head is in the books and your life busy. Sweet girl, LOOSEN IT UP ABOUT 10 NOTCHES! You are how old? Some number less than 20. You have NO IDEA what you want to study & do the the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Oh my goodness, change your major weekly if you want, take an extra semester of fun interesting classes, read entire sections of the library having NOTHING to do with your major...and you'd still be a fine, responsible, upstanding citizen. You don't need to know who you want to be yet. You don't need to have every class apply to the divinely inspired, never to change major. Live a little. This is your time to think, dream, explore, learn, try new things, think new things, ask questions, learn by making the wrong choice while the stakes are still low...In the 80's we would have said, "TAKE A CHILL PILL, SISTER"
On that ranting note, I'm thrilled you'll be at home in the states for the Fall holidays. These are also my favorites and I haven't been in the states for both holidays since the 80's. Write what the experience is like and I"ll learn something from you. Hope they're as delightful as we both imagine they will be.
Keep blogging. How else when I know when to fuss at you? I love keeping up with your heart and life.

HELLO!
Your spelling is sort of bad, if you have Safary theres a way to change that! Go up to edit then down to spelling, and correct as you type. Your main problem is BIG LETTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck on college. By the way you spelled college collg
NATHAN
N.P. out
P.S. I salute you!
I have to agree with Andrea. I'm old and still dreaming about all the things I want to do in life, and none of them have anything to do with what I studied in college. I never once changed my major, but have little desire to do what I studied. Glad to hear from you again and, yeah, could you work on that spelling? :) Just kidding...
great...how old are you nathan?!
